Where do I get a Scorpion Radar Jammer?

I know it is a felony to own in the US, I still want one. Someone give me a website because I heard the guy that owns the company got subpoenaed or something, and I cant find the damn thing anywhere. You can’t buy one in the USA, and probably not anywhere else either. They haven’t been made in many years. Additionally, it is very easy to find someone using one.
