The objects of the trust  and its activities will be confined to India and will be carried on without profit motive and without any distinction on account of caste, creed, colour, sex or religion. The criteria devised at present to avail help from the Foundation is:

 
 
Education: Merit students in lower income group.
Health: Rural Poor.
Employment: Rural poor below poverty line.
Assistance to Farmers: Small Farmers in villages.
